Agile delivery champions the move from monolithic legacy systems to API-driven digital solutions, DevSecOps for web and mobile applications, and system performance management. Human-centered Design (HCD) ensures end-user experience is the focus across all implementations. Currently, we're supporting VistA migration to Cerner Millennium and Cerner Interoperability Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions on the VA and DoD EHR modernization program.

We're actively engaged with IT standards development organizations (SDOs) at industry and federal health levels including HIMSS, AMIA, CommonWell, DirectTrust, Office of National Coordinator (ONC), HL7, FEHRM, and IHE.
We have many years' experience applying the industry-leading Business Intelligence tools suite—both COTS and open source. This generates visual dashboards and reports that illuminate health data and support strategic decisions to improve care outcomes. We apply the latest statistical and computational analytical methods to HIE data to improve the efficiency and productivity of public health operations. Using Artificial Learning and Machine Learning (AI/ML) on cloud computing platforms AWS and Azure, we mine big data to discover patterns, trends, and relationships. We also apply predictive modeling and AI-based data automation to deliver intelligent, data-driven workflow and clinical decision support solutions.
During and post-pandemic, we supported remote care digital health technology platforms to analyze patient-generated health data (PGHD) from Telehealth devices, patient-centric mobile applications, wearables and virtual reality simulation platforms. We are committed to understanding consumers’ information needs and making that information accessible for care, education and training needs.
